When you drive in your Chevy to the dealer for periodical service, you might be surprise why these parts are free of charge and those ones are not. The answers are all in the booklet or Service Booklet. But some of you have never opened it. Just go for schedule maintenance every 10,000 km. Actually, Chevrolet provides more information about other services that you should know.
Now, let’s get to know the warranty program from Chevrolet. We guarantee all the damage and or errors caused by manufacturing process during 3 years or 100,000 km, whatever comes first. That means any damages or errors occurring will be fixed or changed free of charge.
Just bring your vehicle to the dealer, anywhere nation wide, for service and leave it to our technicians. They will diagnose and fix. This guarantee will not cover periodical parts needed to change such as filter, spark plug, fuses, bulb, tires, brake pads, disc brake, wiper blade, shock absorber, and all lubricants, etc. The followings are what are not cover in our warranty:
- Any damages from outside both mechanical and chemical such as scratch mark from pebble, rust from outside to inside, and chemical substance from manufacturers.
- Damages from natural disasters, accidents, robbery, war, and rally.
- The vehicle lacking of caring correctly or wrongfully used such as racing.
- The vehicle fixed from service center other than Chevrolet and the owner knows this.
- The use of fake equipments and tools or modifier without approval from Chevrolet.
- Ignorance of scheduled maintenance.
- Ignorance to inspect the car condition by the owner after delivery.
