Company introduction
Being one of the first FDI automobile manufacturers, GM Vietnam Motors Company (GM Vietnam) was established on 14 December 1993, specializing in manufacturing, assembling and sales of cars, spare parts branded Daewoo and Chevrolet.
The company’s head office and factory are situated at Tu Hiep Commune, Thanh Tri District, Hanoi City with 100% foreign investment. GM Vietnam has production line with high technology with annual assembly capacity of 20,000 vehicles. Nearly 18 years of establishment, GM Vietnam has actively contributed to the development of automobile industry in Vietnam with diversified lineup:
- Passenger car: Chevrolet Gentra, Chevrolet Lacetti, Chevrolet Spark, Chevrolet Cruze
- SUV: Chevrolet Captiva
- MPV: Chevrolet vivant
- Van: Chevrolet Spark Van
GM Vietnam currently has nearly 600 employees and always effort and improve for comprehensive developments. Currently GM operates a nationwide sales network with 20 dealers, 22 showrooms and upgraded after sales service centres in major cities.
