Once you’re in your Spark, you’ll want to listen to your favourite tunes. It’s that kind of car. The Spark’s features can include a radio/CD with AUX-in and USB sockets for your iPod or MP3 player.
Clever storage and cargo space
The Spark is full of places to put all those things we all carry around – mobile phones, iPods and MP3 players, bags – you name it. Here are a couple of the highlights:
- Centre console compartment for small items, cards, car park tickets and coins
- Double cup holder
- A colour-co-ordinated storage tray on the front passenger side of the instrument panel
The Spark’s large tailgate opens to reveal a generous cargo space of 170 litres. And that’s with the rear seats in place. Fold the split/fold seats flat to achieve over 568 litres of cargo space.

6 airbags
The Spark has 6-zone aribags to protect its occupants from every direction. Twin front airbags in the dash, side curtain airbags to protect your head and additional seat-mounted thorax and abdomen airbags.
Seatbelt safety
All Spark seatbelts are fitted with pre-tensioners. In the back, there are three 3-point belts and standard ISOFIX child seat fixings on the outer two seats.
Child safety
In official NCAP testing of frontal and side barrier tests, the Spark scored maximum points for its protection potential of a 3-year-old occupant.
